Equipment: 7D in the shop

Last weekend i found myself running around trying to shoot soccer and then volleyball right after at the University of Utah. In my quick haste I left the 7D on the 400mm lens and put it in the passenger side of my car shutting the car door. 5 minutes later i found my 7D pinned against the door and a cracked screen. the next weekend I was shooting the anti-wall street protest down town SLC the 7D game me an err 70 half way through the protest. Away to Canon it goes with no warranty to cover it because of the crack screen. Prime example of why every professional photographer should have backup equipment for everything.
